In my current role, our division’s sales and technical sales teams were required to run multiple reports, export data into Excel, and manually format it to prepare their business review presentations. This process was time‑consuming, inconsistent, and prone to errors.
To address this, I developed a consolidated dashboard that centralizes all required data, eliminating the need for manual extraction. I also transformed the key metrics and insights they typically presented into standardized visualizations within the dashboard. This allows the teams to simply apply filters and download the visuals they need, significantly improving efficiency, accuracy, and presentation quality.
